Sponsorship and Exhibition Packages.

Sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to support this well-established event, where a full description of the Sponsorship packages is described below. Please note that all Levels of the sponsorship packages include one full Conference registration fee. 

£1,200-00 Level 1 Sponsorship : The Sponsor’s logo on all the Conference publications and inclusion of the Sponsor’s literature/brochures, company named pens, memory sticks, mouse mats and other name items in delegate packs.

£1,400-00 Level 2 Sponsorship : As for Level 1 Sponsorship, plus an Exhibition Stand.

£1,650-00 Level 3 Sponsorship : As for Level 1 Sponsorship, plus an Exhibition Stand and a Dedicated Session in the Conference Programme. This new sponsorship package is specifically designed for Projects, where a condition of funding is the presentation of the project and its results in a public arena. 

£1,650-00 Level 4 Sponsorship : As for Level 1 Sponsorship, plus named sponsorship of one of the Conference Lunches, where this Sponsorship will be highlighted in the Conference Programme and with appropriate lunch table notices to include the Sponsors logos. 

£2,150-00 Level 5 Sponsorship : As for Level 1 Sponsorship, plus named sponsorship of the Poster Buffet Dinner, where this Sponsorship will be highlighted in the Conference Programme and with appropriate notices including the Sponsors logos on the Poster Buffet Dinner tables. There will only be one exclusive Sponsor for the Poster Buffet Dinner, where the Sponsor is welcome to award a prize or prizes for the best presentation/poster shared with the Level 6 Sponsor.

£2,550-00 Level 6 Sponsorship : As for Level 1 Sponsorship, plus named sponsorship of Conference Dinner, where this Sponsorship will be highlighted in the Conference Programme and with appropriate notices including the Sponsors logos on the Conference Dinner tables. There will only be one exclusive Sponsor for the Conference Dinner, where the Sponsor’s logo can be included on the Conference bags. The Level 6 Sponsor is welcome to award a prize or prizes for the best presentation/poster shared with the Level 5 Sponsor.

£500-00 Exhibitor package : This package is for an exhibition stand only with one trade stand staff, who will have access to the daytime catering only. This package excludes access to technical sessions, the evening dinners, (which may be bought as extras), and the logo and literature inclusion in delegate packs.
