HOW TO JOIN

How to Join the Forum.


The Forum Executive Committee invites you to become a Member, or renew your subscription, to the Fuel and Energy Research Forum and invites you to visit its website at www.tferf.org.


Forum Membership is usually on a group basis, where as a guideline, Membership for Academe is on the basis of a Research Group or University Department and Membership for Industry is usually on the basis of a particular site or location. In both cases, large organisations may have more than one group subscribing to the Forum. Individual Membership is reserved solely for those who are self-employed, retired or do not have a group affiliation.


A Membership Application Form is included in the DOCUMENTS section of this website with the postal and E-mail address to which these completed forms should be sent.


There are two methods for payment of FERF Membership subscriptions as follows :-


1) By Cheque, payable to "The Fuel and Energy Research Forum" posted to:-


The Treasurer,

The Fuel and Energy Research Forum,

P.O. Box 154,

Cheltenham,

GL52 5YL.


2) By Direct bank transfer, where you should request an FERF Membership invoice from the General Secretary, (mail@tferf.org), which with contain the details of the FERF Membership bank account.


3) By Credit or Debit Cards : The FERF has made arrangement to collect FERF Subscription payments on-line by credit and debit cards. In order to do this, you should follow the steps below:

·      Click on the link, HERE

·      Select “FERF Subscriptions”,

·      Select the category of membership due, (Academic/Industrial/Individual), for the appropriate year(s), Note 1.

·      Select “Add to bag”.

·      Select “Checkout” and provide your contact details and your card details”. 

Note 1 : FERF Membership subscription arrears from previous years must be paid first. 



The Forum Executive Committee look forward to both receiving your applications to join or continuing your Membership of the Forum and to meeting with you at Forum events and we welcome your comments, contributions and ideas regarding the future development of the Fuel and Energy Research Forum.
