Sponsorship and Exhibition Packages.
The Sponsorship Packages are summarised in the attached table and fully described below.
Level 1, £800-00 : The Sponsor’s logo on all the Conference publications and inclusion of the Sponsor’s literature or brochures in delegate packs.
Level 2, £999-00 : The Sponsor’s logo on all the Conference publications and inclusion of the Sponsor’s literature or brochures in delegate packs plus an Exhibition Stand.
Level 3, £1,250-00 : The Sponsor’s logo on all the Conference publications and inclusion of the Sponsor’s literature or brochures in delegate packs plus an Exhibition Stand and a Dedicated Session in the Conference Programme. This new sponsorship package is for Projects where a condition of funding is the presentation of the project and its results in a public arena.
Level 4, £1,250-00 : The Sponsor’s logo on all the Conference publications and inclusion of the Sponsor’s literature or brochures in delegate packs plus named sponsorship of one of the Conference Lunches, where this Sponsorship will be highlighted in the Conference Programme and with appropriate notices including the Sponsors logos on the lunch tables.
Level 5, £1,800-00 : The Sponsor’s logo on all the Conference publications and inclusion of the Sponsor’s literature or brochures in delegate packs plus named sponsorship of the Poster Buffet Dinner, where this Sponsorship will be highlighted in the Conference Programme and with appropriate notices including the Sponsors logos on the Poster Buffet Dinner tables.
Level 6, £2,250-00 : The Sponsor’s logo on all the Conference publications and inclusion of the Sponsor’s literature or brochures in delegate packs plus named sponsorship of Conference Dinner, where this Sponsorship will be highlighted in the Conference Programme and with appropriate notices including the Sponsors logos on the Conference Dinner tables.
Exhibitor Only Package, £750-00 : This Special Package is not a Sponsorship Package but is designed to present the opportunity for an organisation to exhibit their products/services but who do not wish to attend the conference itself. It includes an exhibition stand for one trade stand staff, who will have access to the daytime catering only. This package excludes access to technical sessions, the evening dinners, (which may be bought as extras), and the logo and literature inclusion in delegate packs.
